The Minister of Housing and Construction discusses enhancing the efficiency of the ministrys office in the southern region

The Minister of Housing and Construction Engineer Essam Al Tamuni held a meeting with the Head of the Ministrys Office in the Southern Region Mr Suleiman Bin Niran to discuss the workflow and develop performance mechanisms

The meeting addressed the most prominent administrative and technical challenges facing the office and ways to address them to ensure the smooth flow of daily tasks It also reviewed the completion rates of ongoing projects and discussed practical solutions to resume the implementation of stalled projects

The office work plan for the current year was also reviewed as well as ways to raise the efficiency of administrative performance through developing the organizational structure to ensure the achievement of the ministrys objectives and enhance the ability of the office to provide its services to citizens
