The Minister of Housing and Construction participates in the opening of the International Forum for Planning and Development in Tripoli

The Minister of Housing and Construction Engineer Essam Jumaa Al Tamuni participated this morning Sunday June 28 2026 in the opening of the International Forum for Planning and Development hosted by the Marriott Hotel in the capital Tripoli with wide participation from representatives of several Arab and foreign countries alongside a selection of experts and specialists in the fields of planning and development

The forum includes a series of dialogue and discussion sessions that focus on a number of main axes most notably development planning green economy and sustainable development with the aim of enhancing the role of modern planning through adopting strategic planning methodologies based on data future foresight stimulating investment and supporting productive sectors and the knowledge economy in a way that contributes to reducing reliance on traditional resources and achieving comprehensive and sustainable development

The convening of this forum comes within the framework of supporting efforts aimed at developing development policies and enhancing cooperation and exchange of experiences between national and international institutions to serve the goals of sustainable development and contribute to building a more prosperous future
