Minister of Housing and Construction meets with a delegation from the Al Saraj Social Council to discuss the development of road networks and infrastructure

His Excellency the Minister of Housing and Construction Engineer Issam Jumaa Al Tamouni met at the Ministry headquarters with a delegation from the Social Council of the Al Saraj area where His Excellency welcomed the delegation members and emphasized the importance of direct communication with social components to review the needs of the regions and follow up on service files that affect the lives of citizens

The meeting addressed the status of infrastructure in the Al Saraj area and reviewed the most prominent challenges related to the road network and the urgent needs for maintenance and development work to contribute to improving traffic movement and raising the level of services provided to residents

The delegation also reviewed the strategic position of the area as a vital hub connecting several municipalities pointing to the necessity of implementing maintenance work for main streets and addressing bottlenecks that affect the daily movement of citizens

His Excellency the Minister affirmed the Ministrys keenness to follow up on these needs according to approved technical priorities stressing the importance of completing the inventory of damages and documenting them in coordination with the competent authorities to ensure the preparation of appropriate solutions and to begin implementing the targeted works

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing coordination between the Ministry and relevant authorities to advance efforts to develop infrastructure and improve the level of services in the area
