Ministry of Housing and Construction Follows Up on Visual Pollution Study of Buildings in the Capital
An evening meeting was held today to follow up on the study of visual pollution cases in buildings within the city of Tripoli. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Issam Al-Tamouni, members of the committee chaired by the Deputy Minister for Planning and Development, Mr. Mohammed Al-Sharif, and the Vice Chairman of the committee tasked with monitoring and addressing urban disfigurement.
The meeting reviewed the procedures taken by the committee regarding inventory preparation, the study of technical, legal, and administrative aspects, the mechanism for addressing these issues, and the need to expedite solutions to overcome obstacles.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister thanked the committee and emphasized the necessity of accelerating the committee’s work and finalizing the ultimate proposals in preparation for taking the necessary measures accordingly.
