Minister of Housing and Construction Participates in the Launch of Smart Mobility Initiative at the University of Tripoli
The Minister of Housing and Construction, Eng. Essam Al-Tamouni, participated in a workshop to launch the Smart Mobility project initiative within the University of Tripoli campus, which was organized by the National Economic and Social Development Board on Monday. The event was attended by the Director General of the Board, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Futaisi, the President of the University of Tripoli, Dr. Khaled Aoun, along with representatives from the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research and a number of experts and stakeholders.
The workshop showcased a project that aligns with digital transformation trends to develop a smart transportation system within the university campus.
The workshop featured scientific discussions regarding implementation mechanisms, challenges, and opportunities, and concluded with recommendations to support the initiative as part of the Board's efforts to promote innovation, sustainable development, and the advancement of educational institutions in Libya.
