The Minister of Housing and Construction participates in the FITA 2026 conference.
His Excellency the Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Essam Al-Tamouni, participated in the FITA 2026 Conference held in the Tunisian capital, amidst a wide attendance of officials, decision-makers, and representatives of economic and investment institutions from various countries.
His Excellency's participation comes within the framework of the Ministry of Housing and Construction's commitment to strengthening international cooperation and engaging with regional experiences and expertise, which contributes to supporting reconstruction efforts and developing the housing and infrastructure sector in Libya.
The conference addressed several topics related to value chains in Africa and ways to encourage sustainable investment and enhance strategic partnerships to support the achievement of comprehensive development.
On the sidelines of the conference, His Excellency the Minister held a series of meetings with a number of officials and representatives of international organizations, during which they discussed opportunities for joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of urban planning and the implementation of major projects.
The participation underscored the Ministry's commitment to keeping pace with international developments and benefiting from successful experiences to enhance performance efficiency and support the development and reconstruction process in Libya.
