The Minister of Housing and Construction discusses enhancing the efficiency of public works companies.

In line with the Ministry of Housing and Construction's efforts to enhance international cooperation and attract foreign expertise, Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Issam Al-Tammouni, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Real Estate Savings and Investment Bank Committee, accompanied by representatives of a Chinese company, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation in implementing several development projects across the country.

During the meeting, discussions focused on initiating the contracting procedures with international companies. These agreements will encompass a range of projects in various vital locations and facilities throughout the country.

The Minister emphasized the importance of these partnerships in supporting the state's reconstruction efforts and improving infrastructure, while stressing the necessity of adhering to quality standards, technical specifications, and the established implementation timelines.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to proceed with finalizing the contractual procedures in preparation for the commencement of actual work on the targeted projects in the coming period.
