As part of the Ministry of Housing and Construction's efforts to improve institutional performance and enhance operational efficiency, Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Issam Al-Tammouni, chaired the first official meeting with the heads of the ministry's regional offices, in the presence of the minister's advisors and his office director.

His Excellency opened the meeting by emphasizing the strategic importance of the role played by the ministry's offices in implementing urban policies and plans, stressing the need to support them and overcome any obstacles that might hinder their work.

He also emphasized his commitment to directly addressing the needs of the offices, directing them to work collectively to find practical solutions that facilitate tasks and enhance performance efficiency, which will positively impact the level of services provided.

The meeting included discussions on the most prominent challenges and obstacles facing the work, and several development proposals aimed at improving institutional performance and enhancing the quality of services were presented.

In a related context, His Excellency the Minister stressed the importance of continuous coordination with executive bodies and mayors, especially regarding existing projects, to ensure the integration of efforts and avoid duplication, in order to achieve the public good and support the urban development process in all regions.
