The Minister of Housing and Construction inaugurates the office of the Housing Projects Implementation Authority in the four districts and follows up on the progress of the integrated utilities project in Qasr Bin Ghashir.

The Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Essam Al-Tamouni, inaugurated the Four Districts Office of the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority this morning. The inauguration was attended by the Director General of the Authority, Mr. Mohamed Ismail, the Director of the Tripoli City Development Authority, Mr. Rajab Al-Dali, and a number of ministry officials and engineers.

The opening of the new office is part of efforts to strengthen decentralization, improve the quality of housing and service projects, and support field monitoring of various ongoing projects in the affiliated districts. This aims to ensure the optimal and rapid implementation of projects in the region.

Following the inauguration, the Minister conducted a field visit to the "Qasr Bin Ghashir" integrated utilities project to review the implementation phases and the progress of service works within the project. A technical presentation was given on the completion rates and remaining work.

During the visit, Engineer Essam Al-Tamouni emphasized the importance of adhering to timelines and maintaining high-quality execution. He stressed the ministry's commitment to accelerating the pace of work on projects that directly impact citizens' lives.
