The Minister of Housing and Construction discusses with affiliated agencies the progress of projects and investment opportunities in the housing sector.
The Minister of Housing and Construction, Engineer Essam Al-Tamouni, held a meeting with the ministry's affiliated agencies, including Mr. Mohamed Ismail, Director of the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority, and Mr. Rajab Al-Dali, Director of the Tripoli City Development Authority. The meeting focused on monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and approved investment plans within the ministry's strategy to advance the housing sector.
The meeting reviewed the projects being implemented by the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority, as well as the challenges they face during implementation. Mechanisms for overcoming these difficulties and ensuring the continuity of work according to the established timelines were also discussed.
The meeting further addressed the ministry's efforts to attract investments to revitalize stalled housing projects, reviewed available investment opportunities, and presented a number of completed projects scheduled for imminent opening.
